03 THE RESERVE
One basket.
A defined objective.
The objective is for $PAIR to reflect the performance of its underlying AI basket. The index measures that performance; the final asset structure must establish how the token tracks it.
Define the basket.
Publish the selected companies, their weights and the calculation rules. Distinguish observable market prices from periodic valuations, with a source and date for every input.
Establish the economic link.
Document the assets or contracts supporting the tracking objective, together with custody, counterparties, fees and the exact rights attached to $PAIR.
Track performance, not token count.
The intended result is a change in the value of a position linked to the basket. Distributing additional tokens alone cannot establish that link.
Publish the methodology and evidence.
Report index levels alongside the token’s own price and any tracking difference. The final structure will determine availability, restrictions and creation or redemption terms.

What is PAIR?
PAIR — Private AI Reserve — is an on-chain project with the objective of tracking a basket of AI companies. Its index would measure the basket’s performance; its financial structure must establish the economic connection to the token.
Does PAIR currently own Anthropic, xAI or OpenAI shares?
No such holdings are confirmed here. Featured companies describe a research universe, not an existing portfolio. Final inclusion will depend on data availability, documented arrangements and applicable permissions.
What would owning $PAIR give me?
Holder rights have not yet been finalized. Equity ownership, beneficial interests, distributions, voting and redemption cannot be assumed. The final documents must specify what the token represents before participation becomes available.
Who is behind PAIR?
PAIR is a private project, not a token issued or backed by the United States government. The American visual identity does not imply government involvement. Featured companies and public figures do not endorse PAIR. Scene imagery is conceptual artwork.
When and where can I buy $PAIR?
Use the Market Access section to find supported routes and the token contract. An enabled button opens a verified purchase link; a disabled button means that route is unavailable. Always check the contract before buying.
Does a rising index guarantee a token return?
No tracking mechanism or historical return is confirmed here. Index performance and token performance are distinct until an economic connection is established, and tracking differences, fees and market risk can still apply. Tokens can lose value. The final documentation will specify the tracking structure and its limitations.
